Note From Foster:  Chester is green broke. He will walk, trot and canter. He can be a little on the lazy side and will occasionally throw in a small buck if he doesn't want to do something.  

Note From Vet:  Chester has damage from an injury he received prior to rescue. Our vet says "He has severe bony proliferation from a previous injury to his pastern. He can be ridden as long as he remains sound." Chester will be best suited for a "light riding" home because of this previous injury. "Light riding" essentially means he won't be suitable for intense training/competition and shouldn't be ridden daily.
